Why do I see “Importing from this store is not included in your current plan” when I try to import products?

This error usually happens for users who have installed Dropified from the Shopify App store but didn't choose a Dropified plan yet.

All plans support importing and you can select the plan from the Profile page in your Dropified account.

If you're on your Shopify store admin, you simply need to go to Apps page > click on Dropified > Manage Account > Select Plan & Subscriptions tab.

If this is your first time to sign up to Dropified through the Shopify App store, then you don't have to worry because you still got a 14-day free trial before you get charged.
