Where is my Dropified Support Chat Widget?
Use this article to quickly troubleshoot the most common reason that you cannot see the chat support widget.
Quick Answer: It is likely due to your browser's pop-up blocker!
We have learned that the most common reason for now seeing the Dropified Support Chat Widget, is due to the Google Chrome browser's pop-up blocker. In order to alter these settings first go to your Google Chrome Settings:

From here, access the Security and Privacy Panel, followed by the Site Settings.
Next, scroll to the bottom and access Pop-ups and redirects.
Finally, whitelist the app.dropified.com URL by adding it at the bottom.
At this point, head back to your Dropified Interface - refresh the page (may take a few refresh attempts for the settings to take hold). The widget should then appear again in the lower right corner.
Security Tip: You may want to use this time to remove unfamiliar websites from this area that are granting access to pop-ups.
