What should I do when Aliexpress canceled my order(s)?
Learn how to respond to the situation of orders being canceled by AliExpress so you can keep your business moving forward.
If orders were canceled in AliExpress, you'll need to place that order in AliExpress again. Sometimes Aliexpress does this due to security concerns. To correct this, you will need to delete the Order ID from the Dropified Orders page as seen below.
Delete the Order ID
From the Orders page, you can click on the Order ID number, click "Delete Order ID", and then confirm.
Once the Order ID is deleted in Dropified, you can place the order again as usual.

How do I do this in bulk?
You can find canceled AliExpress Order IDs from Dropified with the "Supplier Status" filter on the Tracking page.

To detect those orders correctly, you need to do manual sync first.

Then you can select those order IDs and delete them in bulk by clicking Bulk Actions > select Delete Order IDs.
