How can I transfer a store to a different account?

Learn how to move a store from one Dropified account to another. This method applies to Shopify only.

We can now transfer your Shopify store and product data from one Dropified account to another.

We will need the following information:

  • Email address of old Dropified account 

  • Email address of new Dropified account. Please create the account first if it's not created already.

  • The full Shopify URL of the store <name>.myshopify.com


Steps to the transfer process:

  • The Store needs to be on an active Dropified subscription and still connected to the previous Dropified account. 

  • This is a manual process on our end. So when you are ready with the Store connected in both accounts, contact the Customer Success Team to finalize the transfer process. Please allow us 1 business day to complete this process.
