      How do I change the tracking URL?

      Understand how to customize your tracking URL.


      Dropified uses the Aftership and USPS tracking URLs by default when sending tracking numbers to your store.

      However, you can save a Custom Tracking URL from the Stores page in Dropified.

      Note: Keep in mind that after changing it, new orders that are Auto Fulfilled will use the custom tracking URL.


      Existing orders that are already marked as Fulfilled will keep the original tracking URL that was used during fulfillment.
