How do I automatically fulfill an order and email the customer?
Stay informed about the automation process and communications to customers, when it comes to your order fulfillment.
When tracking numbers become available on AliExpress, Alibaba or eBay, Dropified can automatically fulfill the order in your store with its tracking number.
We can then trigger a shipping confirmation email to alert your customer.
Just enable Auto Fulfill and Send Shipping Confirmation from your settings page.
How do I edit this email?
Dropified triggers the default email templates from your store.

For Shopify, you can edit this under Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications > Shipping Confirmation
- For CommerceHQ, you can find it under CHQ Admin > Store Setup > Automated Email > Shipping Confirmation
- In WooCommerce, there are some configuration options but you can directly edit the emails under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails
- For BigCommerce, go to Marketing › Transactional Emails
